Years of dreaming dreams and making plans led up to the massive building project that culminated in the dedication of the Memphis, Tenn., Adult Rehabilitation Command joined with the Memphis community in celebrating the opening of the magnificent facility, situated on a 19-acre campus with four sprawling and sparkling buildings.  But, as was noted at the dedication service, the real building project is only getting started as the doors of the center open. |

Heather Green, an employee of JOHNSONKREIS Construction, was installed as the Vice President of the Birmingham Chapter’s National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for 2009-2010.
Green has worked for seven years in construction administration and related construction fields.
NAWIC is a professional association comprised of women working in construction and related industries. Established in 1955, NAWIC promotes and supports the advancement and employment of women in the construction industry.

The American Subcontractors Association of Alabama (ASA) has named Sharon Wright, Chief Estimator at JOHNSONKREIS Construction, Estimator of the Year.
Wright earned her Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University. A resident of Inverness, Wright has worked in the estimating field for 25 years and has been with JOHNSONKREIS Construction for the last four years.
